Refund policy

FormYaar's promise is simple: if a form filled by FormYaar is rejected by the government because of our mistake, you get a full refund. If the rejection is because of details you entered incorrectly, we cannot refund — but we'll happily help you re-fill the form for free.

Refund timeline

• UPI: refund credited within 24 hours.
• Cards: refund credited within 5–7 business days (depending on your bank).
• Wallets: refund credited within 24 hours.

The service

FormYaar is a Chrome extension and website that helps you fill Indian government forms — currently the PAN card application on the NSDL and UTIITSL portals. The extension reads your saved profile (stored locally on your device) and types it into the government form on your behalf.

FormYaar is not a government service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with the Government of India, the Income Tax Department, NSDL, or UTIITSL. We do not submit your form for you — we only assist with filling it. You review and submit the form yourself.

Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. FormYaar never sees or stores your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or bank credentials.

• Single Fill: ₹39 per form (or ₹29 with a valid distributor coupon code — see below), charged at the time of fill.
• 5-Fill Pack: ₹99 for 5 fills, valid for 6 months.
• Operator Plan: ₹299/month, billed monthly. Cancel anytime.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST. You'll receive a payment receipt by email after each transaction.

Distributor coupon codes. The standard Single Fill price is ₹39. From time to time, our partner content distributors share a coupon code with their audience; entering a valid code before payment reduces the Single Fill price to ₹29. The price shown to you at checkout is always the amount you will be charged. Coupon codes carry no cash value, cannot be clubbed with any other offer, apply only to a Single Fill, and may be changed, disabled, or withdrawn at any time without notice. Where a refund is due under our refund policy, it is for the amount you actually paid (₹39 or ₹29), not the standard price.

Your responsibility

FormYaar fills the form using the details you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of those details. Before submitting, please double-check that everything matches your Aadhaar card exactly.

• Your name, DOB, and Aadhaar number must match your Aadhaar card.
• Use the exact spelling and format shown on the card.
• Review the filled form on the government portal before submitting.
• Keep your payment receipt and reference ID until your PAN is issued.

Limitation of liability

FormYaar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our maximum liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the form fill in question.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including but not limited to: delays in PAN issuance, government portal downtime, rejection of your application by the issuing authority for reasons unrelated to autofill accuracy, or third-party service failures.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally — for example, to add new services or clarify existing language. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent change.

For material changes (anything that affects refunds, pricing, or your data), we'll notify you by email if you've made a payment with us, and post a banner on the website for at least 30 days.
